Sole trader
Sole trading is the most common type of business activity carried out on one’s own account.
The basic definition of activity other than agricultural (found in Act on value added tax from individuals) describes the sole trading as:
- producing, constructing, trading, rendering services,
- activity based on searching, recognition and excavating of natural deposits,
- activity based on usage of things and not material or law assets,
carried out on one’s own name, in organized and permanent manner, from which the income is not added to income from other sources mentioned in art. 10 passage 1 point 1, 2 i 4-9.
