How to establish a trading company?
The process of registration of trading company in Poland consists of the following steps:
1. Company should be registered in notary’s office.
Minimal start up capital is 5 000 PLN, it should be delivered in cash or as contribution.
2. Registration in National Court Register (KRS)
It requires: application for KRS registration, company’s deed of association, notarized signatures’ patterns of Board Members, tenancy agreement.
The stamp fee for registration in KRS and notification in courts journal is 1500 PL.
3. Application in statistical Office.
4. Application in Inland Revenue office: for Tax-ID number and for registration as VAT payer. The fee is 170 PLN.
5. Application in Social Insurance Institution.
